About Me

I am Davide Piazzoni, admitted to the Rome Bar in 2007 and admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and Higher Jurisdictions since 2020. My practice is exclusively focused on family law, child protection, and complex domestic and cross-border disputes, with high specialization in private international law and transnational matrimonial property.

I combine judicial advocacy with continuous institutional and academic involvement: I serve as National Vice-President of CAMMINO (National Association of Family and Juvenile Lawyers), Expert Member of the Family Law Commission of the Italian National Bar Council (CNF), and National Expert for Italy at the CCBE Family & Succession Law Committee in Brussels.

Holding a Ph.D. in Business Law from Bocconi University in Milan and a Law Degree (110/110) from Sapienza University of Rome, I ground the firm’s methodology in analytical precision, seamlessly integrating domestic, EU, and international family law with interdisciplinary insights. I work and correspond fluently in Italian, French, and English.
